Auras Store Refund and Replacement Guide

We sincerely apologize if your shopping experience didn’t meet your expectations. If you need to request a refund or a replacement, this guide will provide all the necessary steps and requirements.

Eligibility Overview

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your request must be submitted within 30 days from the date you received your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process any requests.

Product Condition:
The items must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged. Refunds or replacements are only available for issues such as manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping.
We are unable to process requests for customer mistakes, such as selecting the wrong size or color.

How to Submit a Request

    Email us at support@auras-store.com. Please include your order number from the confirmation email.
  2. Provide details of your request:
    Clearly state if you're requesting a refund or replacement. Describe the issue (e.g., printing error, shipping damage, etc.).
  3. Attach evidence:
    Include clear photos or a video showing the problem with the item, as well as verifying that the item belongs to your order.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information. You will receive an email update regarding the outcome of your request.

  • If your request is approved, we will send a confirmation email.
  • If your request is rejected, we will explain the reasons for the decision.

Processing and Refunds

  • Refunds:
    If approved, the total refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds cover the product cost only, and shipping fees are not included unless your order qualified for free shipping.
  • Replacements:
    Once your replacement request is approved, we will confirm the necessary details and ship the new item.

Example:
If your order total was $60 (including $10 shipping), the refund will be $50 (product cost only).
If your order had free shipping, you will receive a full refund of $60.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after approval. If you haven’t received your refund by then, please:

  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Reach out to your bank

Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us after your request has been approved. Let us know the following:

  • Product model
  • Size, color, and quantity

Exchanges are free of charge, except when changing to a different size or color, in which case a small fee may apply.
