What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact support@auras-store.com to start a return.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing to ensure timely delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (may be longer during holidays or peak periods)
- Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (domestic standard shipping)
Do you offer tracking for my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–5 business days after your order ships.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and delivery location. You can see the final shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
