Order & Shipping

1. When will I receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Standard (5-10 days)

2. My order says "Delivered," but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

  • Check around your property (hidden spots).
  • Ask neighbors or household members.
  • Wait 2-3 days (sometimes marked delivered early).
  • Contact your local post office.
  • Still missing? Email support@auras-store.com for help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

1. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes! Within 12 hours, email support@auras-store.com with your order number & modifications. After 12 hours, changes may not be possible.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours. After that, they enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Placing an Order

1. How do I place an order?
Browse & select → Add to cart → Checkout → Confirm & pay → Get confirmation email.

2. I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

  • Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email.
  • Still missing? Contact support@auras-store.com.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days (items must be unworn, unused, & in original condition).

2. How do I request an exchange?
Email support@auras-store.com with your order number, the item to exchange, and the reason.

Additional Questions

1. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Email support@auras-store.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll offer a refund or replacement if eligible.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we’re working on it!

4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email support@auras-store.com within 12 hours to correct it. After that, changes may not be possible.
