Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on Sundays and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take additional time.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Select products qualify for free shipping and are marked with a Free shipping badge on the product page.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will help you open a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
