Getting it to you
How fast will I get my order?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Delivery takes 3–5 business days with tracked USPS. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $35. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. Some products carry a green Free shipping badge — those ship free on their own, whatever your order total.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Write to us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll catch it. After that it's already been packed and we can't stop it.

What you're taking
How do I know these are safe?
auras formulas are made in the US in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities, and every dose is printed on the label. Our Latin Imports arrive sealed from the original manufacturer through suppliers we buy from directly in Los Angeles.
What's the difference between auras and Latin Imports?
auras is our own line, formulated from scratch with our own dosing. Latin Imports are the products you already know from back home, brought in from Latin America so you don't have to wait for someone to bring them in a suitcase.
When will I notice a difference?
Most people notice something in the first 2–3 weeks of daily use. Supplements build up over time, so taking it consistently matters more than taking more. Individual results vary.
Can I take more than one of your products together?
Usually yes, but check the labels so you're not doubling up on the same ingredient. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medication, talk to your doctor first.
Is this the same product I see on TikTok?
Yes. Same product, same warehouse, same team. We're @auras.usa on TikTok — ordering here just skips the app.
Returns & support
If it's not right
What if it doesn't work for me?
Tell us. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened supplements and creams can't be resold, so those we can't take back.
It arrived damaged or wrong. Now what?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the replacement or the full refund. You don't pay return shipping on our mistake.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping isn't refunded.
