Shipping

Orders before 2pm PT ship the same business day.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
Free shipping on orders over $35. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Products with a green Free shipping badge always ship free, whatever your order total.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves.
We ship within the United States only.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and items must be sealed and unopened.

We can't accept:

Anything opened or used — supplements, creams and consumables can't be resold, so this one has no exceptions
Requests made after day 14
Items without their original seal or packaging
Sale and clearance items

Arrived damaged or wrong? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the replacement or refund in full.

The process

How to return

1 Write to us Send your order number and a photo of the sealed item.

2 We approve it Within 24 hours we confirm and send you the return address.

3 Ship it back Within 7 days of approval, with tracking. Return shipping is on you.

4 Get refunded We inspect it and refund in 5–7 business days.

Refunds & cancellations

Refunds go to your original payment method in 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Original shipping is not refunded.
Returns that arrive opened, damaged, or after day 14 can't be refunded.
Cancellations: write within 1 hour of ordering. After that it's already being packed.
Wrong address: if it comes back to us, we reship once you cover the new shipping.
