To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition (original packaging is not required).
  • Product Issues: The request must be due to a defect caused by us, such as damage during shipping or poor print quality.
  • Customer Responsibility: Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer, including ordering the wrong size or color. We will assess each request based on the details provided.

If your order meets these criteria, please follow the steps below.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Send an email to support@auras-store.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Indicate whether you want a refund or replacement
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect and describe the issue

Note: The images must clearly display the defect and product design to confirm it matches your order. This helps us verify your purchase.

Step 2: After receiving your request, our team will review it and send a response via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder for updates.

Step 3: We will notify you via email if your refund or replacement request has been approved or denied.

Step 4:

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically via your original payment method.
  • For replacements, we will contact you for details regarding your new item. Please provide the necessary information so we can proceed.

Important Notes

  • Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.
    • If you purchased a $30.99 shirt with a $6.99 shipping fee, your refund will be $30.99.
    • If you purchased a $30.99 shirt with free shipping, your refund will still be $30.99.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If you still do not see the refund, reach out to your bank.
  4. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@auras-store.com for further assistance.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, email us at support@auras-store.com after receiving confirmation of your return or replacement approval. Please include:

  • Product model
  • Color
  • Size
  • Quantity

No additional fees will apply unless you request a size or color change.
