Refund Policy
You can request a refund if:
- You’re not satisfied with the product
- The product is defective or not as described
- The product doesn’t match what was shown on the website
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To begin the process, please email us at support@auras-store.com within 90 days and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used for payment
- Clear photos or videos that clearly shows the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Important Details:
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days once approved
- Refunds cover the product price only (shipping and taxes are non-refundable)

- Reach out to your bank to confirm the status
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us.
Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

- Attach a photo of the faulty product
- Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement promptly
When Returns or Refunds May Not Be Possible
To ensure fairness for all our customers, there are certain situations where we may not be able to accept a return or provide a refund:
- Items that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Change off mind after purchase
- Slinght color differences caused by screen settings of lighting conditions
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer( unless due to a manufacturing error)
- Requests submitted more than 90 days after receiving the product
- Missing clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- Customized or personalized items without a manufacturing defect, where the concern is related ti design style or personal preference

Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. That’s why you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
To cancel, simply email us at support@auras-store.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please note: After 12 hours, or once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund. Thank you very much for your understanding.
