Refund Policy
You can request a refund if:
- You’re not satisfied with the product
- The product is defective or not as described
- The product doesn’t match what was shown on the website
To request a refund, email us at support@auras-store.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation. If the issue is our fault, you’ll receive a full refund—no need to return the product.
Important Details:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days once approved
- Refunds cover the product price only (shipping and taxes are non-refundable)
Haven’t received your refund?
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Reach out to your bank to confirm the status
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us.
Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
- Email support@auras-store.com
- Attach a photo of the faulty product
- Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement promptly
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Choosing the wrong size, color, or design
- Change of mind after placing the order
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it will be processed and cannot be canceled.
To cancel, email us at support@auras-store.com with your order number within the 12-hour window.
